Billing integrations (Stripe & Chargebee)

HaloDesk can connect to Stripe and Chargebee so your support team can see customer billing information directly inside the Inbox.

This helps resolve billing-related questions faster without switching tools.


What billing integrations do

When Stripe or Chargebee is connected:

  • HaloDesk matches customers by email

  • Billing details appear inside the ticket view

  • Agents can quickly access subscription and invoice data

No billing actions are performed from HaloDesk.
These integrations are read-only.


Supported billing platforms

HaloDesk currently supports:

  • Stripe

  • Chargebee

You can connect one or both platforms.


What data is shown

If a customer email matches a billing record, you can see:

  • A link to the customer profile

  • Active subscriptions

  • Past invoices

  • Billing status

This information is visible only to your team.


Common use cases

Billing integrations are useful when:

  • Customers ask about invoices

  • Subscription status needs to be checked

  • Payment issues need context before replying


Setup overview

To connect a billing platform:

  1. Go to the Integrations tab of your agent

  2. Select Stripe or Chargebee

  3. Authorize the connection

Once connected, billing data appears automatically in matching tickets.
